We offer an annual fully documented contract to both commercial and domestic customers, domestic contracts are becoming more popular and we are piloting a gsm monitored rodent system for people’s homes. Survey : Our technician will fully inspect your property to determine the type of pest and level of infestation.
Treatment : With advanced pest control solutions and the latest technology to eliminate every last insect and rodent present at your property.
(NOTE: This service is not hourly-based, meaning we will work until all affected areas are properly treated.)
Observation : Monitoring is an important part of our services. Your technician will return to check when the pest treatment was fully effective.
(NOTE: In the unlikely event of any registered pest activity after the first treatment, you get up to two additional extermination sessions FOR FREE if you have booked a guaranteed service. They can be requested within a period of 3 months after the initial treatment)
Proofing and Prevention : Pest Control Dublin will proof your property as a finishing touch and give you a written report for the service done as well as some useful tips for future prevention. Proofing work carries an additional fee- our tips or advice come free of charge!
